Fred Gallander

After attending Tulane University in New Orleans, LA, Mr. Gallander built an impressive 27-year career in the oil and gas service sector. As President and Officer of Dickson GMP International, Inc., he drove the company’s expansion from its Gulf of Mexico base, with offices in New Orleans and Houston, to deliver engineering and construction services in Angola, Nigeria, Venezuela, Kazakhstan, and offshore Santa Barbara, CA. As an officer and principal of The Engineering Development Group, he significantly contributed to broadening the firm’s engineering services, designing offshore platforms and production process equipment for the global oil and gas industry beyond the Gulf of Mexico. Before joining SEER Technology, Mr. Gallander served on the Board of Directors of Transcoastal Marine Services, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed oil and gas service firm (TCMS).
Joe Agular
Independent Director
Mr. Agular is a partner with Johnson, Rice and Company, a New Orleans, LA based investment banking firm. Johnson Rice is an institutional equity boutique involved in a full range of capital markets transactions, primarily for the Energy industry. Mr. Agular has over 20 years of experience as a financial and industry analyst covering the Energy industry and oilfield services companies. He holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from Tulane University.
J. Storey Charbonnet

Mr. Charbonnet earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia. After graduating in 1990, he worked in the Corporate Finance Department at the Robinson-Humphrey Company in Atlanta until 1995. He is a Partner at Johnson Rice & Company, LLC, where he has been employed since March 1995. He is co-founder of Green Turtle Partners, LP and managing member of Green Turtle Capital Management, LLC. He is also co-founder of Covington Partners, LP and managing member of Covington Investment Management, LLC. Mr. Charbonnet is Chairman of the Pro Bono Publico Foundation and serves on multiple boards including Good Shepherd Nativity Mission School, the Bureau of Governmental Research, the Libby-Dufour Foundation, Carrollton Boosters, and Resource Bank in Covington, Louisiana.
Ricky Tichman

Ricky Tichman joined the SEER Board of Directors in 2021. Mr. Tichman is the president of Impulse Media Sales, Inc., based in New York City. Impulse Media Sales provides direct media access in the Canadian market through multiple platforms in both English and French. Clients include Rogers Media, Canadian Broadcasting Company, Blue Ant Media, and others. Mr. Tichman has over 30 years of experience in the media sector and holds a BS in accounting from Baruch College in New York City.
